- Product Leadership (5 years): Led large-scale software development programs, managing cross-functional teams of 60+ engineers to deliver enterprise solutions.
- People Management (2 years): One of two managers in a department of 30+ business analysts and product owners, driving growth, development, and collaboration.
- Top-Tier Consulting (2 years): Earned two promotions while leading major projects across Oil & Gas, Mining, FMCG, and Agriculture sectors.
From East to West across Europe:
Born and raised in Ukraine, now living in the Netherlands. In between, I’ve called the United Kingdom and Poland home — each experience expanding my global perspective and appreciation for diverse ways of working.
Lifelong Learner:
From Stanford GSB Executive Education to an AI Nanodegree in Product Management, from Design Thinking to Brand Strategy, and from the CFA Charter to Cybersecurity courses — I’ve explored it all, and I’m nowhere near done learning.
