The LEAD Circuits emerged from a simple observation: students at the threshold of deciding their careers and pathways needed futureproof insights. Founded by #StanfordLEAD alumni with decades of experience, we created a program that bridges the gap between aspiration and informed decision-making for students.
We’ve led Centres for Employability and Continuous Learning at universities in Mumbai, Pune, and Hyderabad. We’ve shaped curricula, mentored entrepreneurs, and spent years understanding how education translates into meaningful careers. From senior management roles at Sony and Qualcomm to advisory positions at innovation hubs, we’ve seen firsthand what prepares young people for global opportunities.
Our Philosophy
The LEAD Circuits is built on enabling the students with the knowledge of GECC (Governance, Education, Culture, and Careers) across multiple continents— these are the four pillars that align naturally with the learner profile and principles of international-mindedness.
We help students understand how global opportunities present themselves, what academic rigor truly demands, how to engage meaningfully across cultures, and how their choices connect to career trajectories. For IB students already developing as inquirers and thinkers, our programs deepen that growth through real-world application.
